The atmosphere was serene as we
settled into our cozy room, surrounded by nature. The guesthouse owner, Elisa, truly made our stay memorable with her warmth and delicious breakfast options. Only downside was the shared bathrooms, but they were always clean and well-maintained.

I had a pleasant stay with clean accommodations and comfortable beds. The highlight was definitely the homemade meals and the chance to chat with the friendly owner about her farm. However, the shower temperature was difficult to regulate and the shared kitchen felt a bit cramped during meal times. Perfect for families looking to explore the area, but improvements in shared facilities could enhance the experience.

well-equipped kitchen, shared laundry facilities, covered patio
The shower temperature was impossible to regulate!!! The room was cramped, and the window had noticeable drafts, making it quite chilly!!! Slightly worn bedding linens didn’t help the experience either.

cozy, cozy, cozy
I stayed for 2 nights in a Small Twin Room, and it was super cozy! The dining experience was delightful, with Elisa and her husband serving delicious homemade dinners that brought everyone together. The guesthouse had a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for whipping up meals when we weren't enjoying their hearty breakfast.

We enjoyed a lovely stay, especially our daily hikes on nearby trails, surrounded by stunning views. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and breakfast was a delicious treat—homemade Icelandic specialties that my daughter adored.
My wife says that the WiFi was frustratingly slow.

We had a great time at this guesthouse with our group of friends! The owners were super nice, even offering delicious homemade meals. The location's perfect for exploring, and we enjoyed visiting Studlagil Canyon. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, so definitely consider staying here for your Iceland adventure!
However, we did find the shared space could feel a little cramped at times, but it didn't detract much from our overall experience.

I stayed in a Small Twin Room for 2 nights, and it was super cozy! The beds were comfy, and we had a peaceful sleep with no noise at all. The room was clean, and the views from the window were lovely—especially watching the horses outside! Just a heads up, the shared spaces were a bit tight with a lot of guests around, but it didn't really affect our stay. Overall, a great spot for a comfortable rest after exploring.
